Doubt

I realized just now that I've spent more time defending my faith to myself than to other people...

What does this mean?

The devil has planted a seed of doubt Let's hope it doesn't grow.

Death or life
Control or surrender
Evil or good
Works or grace
First or last
You or Him
Your will or His
Flesh or spirit
Condemnation or purity
Punishment or freedom
Temporal or eternal
Earth or heaven
Deception or truth

Which will you choose?

If a tree falls in the woods and no one is around...

Community. That's what has been missing in my life. I haven't sought it out because I haven't had the desire to do so. But it is no longer a matter of want or desire, it is a necessity. I am not myself in this state of isolation. God did not create us to be alone, and therefore, I cannot function on my own. Now the question is, where is my community? It's about time to seek this out.

I might not be in love
I might not live in humility
I might not have an open mind
I might not be a good friend
I might not show love
I might not be able to surrender

But, I am me, and I desperately desire to be all that I am not.
